Sam completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Therapy at University of Northampton before continuing his education at Leeds Beckett University, where he achieved a Master’s Degree in Sports Therapy. He is also a proud member of the The Society of Sports Therapists, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards within the industry.
Throughout his education and professional career, Sam has worked within a variety of injury clinics, gaining extensive experience in assessing, treating, and rehabilitating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries. His hands-on experience has allowed him to work with individuals of all activity levels, from everyday clients to elite athletes.
Sam is currently the Head Sports Therapist for Lutterworth Rugby Club and also works within The Football Association and the Premier League at the St George's Park National Football Centre. Over the years, he has worked alongside several professional clubs and athletes, including Northampton Town F.C., Leeds Rhinos, and a number of GB athletes, helping them recover from injury and perform at their best.

Sam is a qualified Sports Therapist and healthcare professional with the knowledge, skills, and experience to assess, treat, and manage a wide range of injuries and physical conditions. He provides immediate care for work-related and sports-related injuries, helping clients reduce pain, improve movement, and return to daily activities safely and confidently.
Using sports and exercise principles, Sam creates tailored treatment and rehabilitation programmes designed to improve performance, support recovery, and help prevent future injuries. He also provides sports and remedial massage treatments to reduce muscular tension, improve mobility, and support overall wellbeing.
